This fall, The Lake House welcomes Ol' Beautiful Brewing Co. and The Establishment Brewing Company for an evening dedicated to thoughtful pairings, local craftsmanship and good company. Join us on Wednesday, October 21, 2026 for a specially curated four-course dinner by Chef Gareth Colville, with each course paired with a beer selected to complement the flavours on the plate. Throughout the evening, representatives from Ol' Beautiful and Establishment will share the stories and inspiration behind the beers, offering a closer look at each pairing. Set overlooking Lake Bonavista, Crafted at The Lake is an opportunity to settle in for an evening where the kitchen and brewery meet at the table. Seating is limited and tickets go quickly.
