We’re over the harvest moon to announce we will be hosting the official launch party of @breadwaterbeer.co in the taproom next week, and you're invited! 📅 Thursday, September 17 ⌚ 5 PM - 9PM 🎶 DJ Al Charlton on the decks spinning some classic 45s 📍 The Establishment Brewing Company - 4407 1 St. SE Bread Water is made up of husband and wife team Blake Enemark and Alexa Gilker, brewing one single beer style – a Czech-inspired lager. They are going beyond the brewhouse to work with local farmers growing single-origin Alberta barley, and local maltsters who use traditional floor-malting methods. They call it Landbier Lager, and it's a terrain-driven beer, meant to taste like the land it comes from. It's Alberta in a mug. It's Bread Water. Come hang and taste this unique landbier the way it’s meant to be served – poured by the pros on a Lukr.
