In this guided course, you will learn the basics of distilling and how gin is made. Duration: 120 Min | Max: 24 People | Min: 1 person $125.00 +GST/Station (Accommodates 1 to 2 people) NOTE: 1 bottle per station produced With our guidance, you’ll craft your gin recipe from scratch. Use one of our sample recipes as a base, or let your heart guide you! You’ll be able to “forage” from over 60 different botanicals to make a gin that suits your tastes. Once your recipe is ready, we’ll set you up with one of our 2L pot stills, so you can watch the show up close. Learn about the process of gin-making in detail by doing it yourself! You’ll leave with a new understanding of distillation and gin in general – not to mention the 375ml bottle that you made along the way!
