Mâwacihitowinihk Nikamowak: A Gathering of Indigenous Musicians

Mâwacihitowinihk Nikamowak is Plains Cree for "they sing at the gathering (place)." Over three weeks, participants in the Indigenous Music Residency have been creating new songs. Two concerts will showcase the participants as well as the faculty members guiding their path: Logan Staats, Jason Manitowabi and Jah'kota. Aysanabee returns with his JUNO Award-winning style of indie folk, alt rock, and electronica.
